Description
You will provide results of research to inform improvements or issue resolution as appropriate. You will help analyze threat trends and anomalies to determine operational impact and determine vectors that introduce threat and potential mitigation strategies by learning about systemic security issues and how to address them. You will help process threat reporting from internal and external sources and work to identify and process technical indicators as well as provide discrete threat data based on intelligence requirements or customer requests. You will identify security defects or vulnerabilities and escalate as needed after identifying deficiencies in security guidance and ensuring you properly escalate to determine scope of impact and to relevant parties as needed. Under guidance, you will identify areas of dependency and overlap with other teams or team members as well as provide constructive input, so the work is integrated and timely. In addition to communicating the status of deliverables and dependencies to meet schedule. You will learn and understand the current state of the industry, including knowledge of tools, techniques, strategies and processes that can be utilized to improve security while maintaining knowledge of current trends within the industry. Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. *
