A & E Services (South West) Limited, have over twenty five year experience in providing specialist security requirements for organisations who have supported accommodation projects, with a varied client base of ages and needs.
We currently have vacancies to join our concierge team and embark on a new role that falls under the security sector, that you will find challenging but equally as rewarding.
Must be local to the area, willing to travel or relocate.
Immediate starts available and must hold a full driving license and SIA licence.
Working nights shifts on a rota basis four on four off.
Full training and ongoing training will be given throughout, and you will find you are supported fully while on shift in this role.
This is a very fulfilling role, that has a positive outcome for the client base that we look after, that with have seen over many years.
There is a large focus on internal training and a requirement to understand the crossing of boundaries and key safeguarding definitions and processes, that must be always adhered to.
You will be expected to follow the same ethos of the organisations we work for, and you will find them to be very supportive while performing your role.

It is essential for you to have :

• Three years working experience in the security sector.
• A clean DBS (if successful an enhanced DBS will be applied for) before commencement of your role.

The ability to engage with young and vulnerable adults, display good common sense, show a high-level of communication skills, being able to express empathy when required but also having the ability the ability to enforce rules and show authority if needed.
