Davcon Security Screens has manufactured and installed Crimsafe security screens from our Coopers Plains premises since 1996. As one of Australia's first Crimsafe licensees, we've built our reputation on quality workmanship and doing things properly. We employ our whole team directly — we never use subcontractors — and we're proud of the standards and staff retention that have kept customers coming back for 30 years.

We're looking for a reliable Security Screen Installer to join our team, servicing homes from the Gold Coast to Caboolture. We're open to both experienced installers and people we can train — what matters most is that you're dependable, take pride in your work, and want a long-term career rather than a stopgap.

Key responsibilities

• Installing Crimsafe security screens, doors and windows to a high standard
• Measuring, fitting and finishing work with care and precision
• Representing Davcon professionally in customers' homes
• Looking after your vehicle, tools and stock

About you

• Reliability and turning up on time, every day, ready to work
• Pride in doing a job properly, and an eye for detail
• A current driver's licence and a White Card (or willingness to obtain one)
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
• A respectful, professional manner with customers
• Experience in security screens, windows or a related trade is valued
