Specific and measurable KPI's to be defined for Fleet, Squadron and Squad Support the Fleet Lead in the communication of Fleet vision, purpose, and measurable business/customer value KPI's; working with Senior Leadership to align on these elements Develop Fleet-level backlog of priorities, in-line with business strategy and KPIs Inspiring and empowering your Squads to deliver against the Fleet's priorities and KPI's Using facts, data, and analysis to make hard decisions and trade-offs, especially related to resource allocation and prioritization of work Working closely with your Product Owners to drive alignment between Fleet priorities and Squads' daily work Support Senior PO and SA in defining acceptance criteria for Squad output and providing feedback on work-in-progress as helpful to ensure alignment Ensuring Product Owners proactively seek out and consider the voice of the customer in defining their priorities Support the Fleet Lead in representing the Fleet and Squad interests to senior stakeholders within the organization leadership, and escalating blockers as needed Managing, providing feedback, and developing Product Owners and business chapter leads to help improve individual and Squad performance Knowledge of Agile delivery framework. Knowledge of Security Settlements and consideration of upstream/downstream consumers is desirable Experience leading, motivating, coaching, and developing people and teams in an Agile environment. Proven track record of delivering results and impact Proven analytical skills on hard and soft data.
