We are currently hiring a Security Site Supervisor in the Belleair, FL area. The Security Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily security operations at an assigned site, ensuring personnel perform their duties in accordance with DSI policies, client requirements, and post instructions. This role requires strong leadership, professionalism, and a hands-on approach to site management. Pay Rate: $19.00/HR ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervise and lead security officers assigned to the site. * Schedule, train, coach, and mentor security personnel. * Conduct inspections and ensure officers are following post orders and company policies. * Maintain professional communication with the client and DSI management. * Complete incident reports, daily activity reports, and other required documentation. * Monitor attendance and assist with staffing and scheduling needs. * Ensure all security incidents are handled professionally and documented accurately. * Utilize Microsoft Excel and other computer programs to maintain schedules, reports, and operational records. * Conduct patrols and perform security duties as needed. * Assist with onboarding and training of new officers.
