IronRock Security Job Opportunity Site Supervisor Luxury Residential Complex | Tinton Falls, NJ Pay Rate: $21-22/hour| Full-Time Weekdays Position Overview IronRock Security is seeking an experienced and highly professional Site Supervisor to lead security operations at a premier luxury residential complex in Tinton Falls, NJ. This is a client-facing leadership role requiring a seasoned supervisor who can manage a team of officers, maintain exceptional post order compliance, and build a trusted relationship with property management and residents. The ideal candidate brings a demonstrated record of supervising multiple officers simultaneously, hands-on scheduling experience, and the ability to adapt post orders fluidly based on evolving client needs. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Supervision Directly supervise a team of security officers across assigned shifts Serve as the primary point of accountability for officer performance, conduct, and readiness Conduct regular briefings, site walk-throughs, and performance check-ins with assigned officers Mentor and develop officers in professionalism, post procedure, and client interaction standards Client Relations Act as the principal day-to-day liaison between IronRock Security and property management Build and maintain a professional, collaborative relationship with the client to understand site-specific expectations and evolving security needs Promptly address client concerns, escalate issues appropriately, and follow through on all commitments Participate in regular client meetings and provide operational updates and recommendations Scheduling & Staffing Build and manage officer schedules to ensure full site coverage at all times with no gaps Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, call-outs, and coverage gaps Coordinate with IronRock management to source and deploy relief officers as needed Track attendance, punctuality, and shift performance; escalate recurring issues appropriately Post Orders & Compliance Ensure all officers are thoroughly trained on and actively adhering to current post orders Review, update, and communicate changes to post orders based on client direction or site conditions Document post order revisions, distribute updates to the team, and confirm acknowledgment Conduct periodic compliance audits and correct deficiencies in a timely manner Site Operations Oversee access control procedures for the residential complex, including visitor management and vendor access Conduct regular patrols of the property, parking areas, common spaces, and building perimeters Respond to and coordinate responses to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations Prepare and review daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift logs for accuracy and completeness Maintain a visible, professional presence that reflects the luxury standard of the property Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience supervising 4 or more security officers in a professional security setting Demonstrated experience working directly with clients in a supervisory or account management capacity Proven hands-on experience building and managing officer schedules Experience developing, enforcing, and modifying post orders based on client needs Valid NJ SORA certification (armed) required Valid driver's license required Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional report writing Polished, professional demeanor appropriate for a high-end residential environment Proficiency with scheduling tools, incident reporting platforms, or security management software a plus Reliable, punctual, and able to respond to emergencies outside of scheduled hours when required Compensation & Benefits $21-22/hour Full-time position with consistent scheduling Medical insurance IronRock covers 50% of the employee-only medical premium; benefits begin the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment Dental & Vision insurance available (company contributes to employee rate) 401(k) available after 1 year of employment; IronRock matches 10% of employee contributions Leadership advancement opportunities within a growing security firm Supportive management team committed to field supervisor success How to Apply Submit your resume highlighting your supervisory experience, scheduling background, and client relationship history.
