SUMMARY

We are seeking a Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the security services industry. Located in Thompson, MB, this role is pivotal in ensuring the safety and security of our clients’ premises. As a Site Supervisor, you will contribute significantly to our mission by overseeing security operations and leading our team of professionals.
*$400 Sign on bonus after completion of probationary period

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations at assigned sites, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Develop, build and execute plans to ensure client needs are met; identify and problem solve issues occurring on-site
  • Conduct regular inspections and assessments of security measures.
  • Participate in on-site visits, client meetings & inspections, whilst ensuring ongoing communication with clients addressing concerns & providing exceptional service
  • Work with all levels in the organization to ensure operational efficiencies (ranging from scheduling to recruiting & training)
  • Train and mentor security personnel to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
  • Manage incident reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize risks.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and client satisfaction.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven 2-3 years experience in a supervisory role within the security industry.
  • Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, including CCTV operations.
  • Excellent Time Management and Multitasking skills
  • Able to perform scheduling duties and allot time & attention to high-profile accounts
  • Strong Customer Service etiquette and business acumen
  • Ability to overlook multiple teams while working independently and part of a team
  • Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning in-house programs
  • Excellent conflict management skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
