We are seeking experienced security specialists based in the EU or UK to help improve next-generation AI systems. What you’ll be doing We are 10x.team, a platform for fractional and freelance professionals. We collaborate with leading AI labs to improve and secure large AI models. Your role is practical and high impact. You will: Review and refine AI-generated content related to cybersecurity, threat analysis, risk management, and compliance Evaluate outputs for technical accuracy, relevance to industry best practices, and real-world applicability Draft realistic security scenarios, including vulnerability assessments, incident response, and cyber risk mitigation case studies Assess AI reasoning on topics such as security architecture, threat modeling, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, NIS2) Identify gaps, misinterpretations, or unrealistic assumptions in AI outputs Create variations of scenarios from the perspective of different security stakeholders (analyst, CISO, auditor, etc.) In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI-generated content to ensure it reflects real-world cybersecurity standards, practices, and reasoning. Your input will enhance the quality and reliability of AI systems in security contexts. Who this is for You are: A security specialist, cybersecurity analyst, or risk management professional Based in the EU or UK Experienced (several years) in cybersecurity, risk assessment, or compliance Skilled in current security tools, frameworks, and industry regulations Comfortable identifying flaws, unrealistic security assumptions, or compliance gaps Available 8 to 20 hours per week Able to start in the coming weeks This role is fully remote and flexible—ideal alongside your current commitments.
