Swings (3p–11p) Nights (11a–7a) Licensing Requirement: Candidates must already hold a valid, active Denver Security Guard License at time of hire. Work Environment: Indoor, Climate-Controlled Assignment Hiring Bonus: Total bonus of $1,500 $750 paid after 90 days of employment $750 paid after 180 days of employment Expected Starting Wage: Anticipated at $20 - $22 Hourly, depending on experience. What You Will Be Doing: The Security Officer will roam and patrol job sites to help deter theft, vandalism, or other criminal activities. Our company vehicles are equipped with cameras and monitoring technology; this ensures safe driving practices, regular location checks, compliance with company policies, and accurate reporting for clients. The position includes the following duties: Actively conducting frequent checks and patrols throughout shifts. Provide excellent customer service to clients, colleagues, and patrons. De-escalate and/or escort off the premises unruly patrons or unauthorized personnel. Monitor and control access at entrances/exits and vehicle gates. Identify, document, and report any unusual activity, violations, accidents, physical property damage, theft, or disturbances on site. Prepare reports in electronic format. Communicate effectively with law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency medical personnel as needed. Use proper radio protocols to communicate with leads, management, and other site officials and staff. Must be familiar with and adhere to Use of Force statutes and regulations. Follow all Code 4 Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Additional duties may be assigned and functions may be modified based on business needs. Requirements Must be 18 or older. High School Diploma/GED preferred. Valid Driver's License. Active Denver Security Guard License Security Experience preferred. Military/First Responder experience is a plus. Bilingual is a plus. Must possess effective written and oral communication skills. Professional attitude and appearance. Punctual and reliable. Must consistently demonstrate emotional control, and good judgment in all situations, both escalated and complex in nature. Work in various environments including elements (heat, rain, snow). Able and willing to stand, walk, and run as needed. Occasionally bend/twist to perform various duties. Job site locations vary. Limited public transportation is available.
