Description
PT. Karangmas Sejahtera is looking for vigilant and responsible Security Staff to ensure the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors. You'll play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment by monitoring access, conducting regular patrols, and responding promptly to any security incidents. Responsibilities: Maintain security and order throughout all company premises. Control access for employees, visitors, and vehicles in accordance with company procedures. Safeguard company assets, both physical and non-physical. Conduct routine patrols within the work area to ensure a safe and secure environment. Enforce company regulations and applicable security procedures. Prevent criminal activities such as theft, vandalism, and other security violations. Respond to emergency situations, including fire incidents, workplace accidents, and other security disturbances. Prepare incident reports accurately and in a timely manner. Coordinate with internal teams and external authorities (such as police, fire department, etc.) when necessary. Ensure all security systems are functioning properly and effectively. Protect company goods, facilities, and properties from damage or loss. Provide information and assistance to employees and visitors in a professional manner. Minimum education requirement: Senior High School graduate or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Security Officer. Possession of a Gada Pratama certification will be an advantage. Physically fit and in good health condition. No criminal record.
