Quickly and efficiently respond to security incidents and emergencies. Coordinate with other departments to support smooth event operations. Accurately document incidents and manage traffic in service areas. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols. Monitor safety systems and equipment, offering assistance as necessary. Engage in continuous learning through training and professional organizations. Utilize radio communication effectively for operational needs. Undertake additional duties as required. Requirements What We’re Looking For: Prior Experience: Preferred experience in event security or crowd management. Age Requirement: Must be at least 19 years old due to certain responsibilities involving alcohol. Skills: Understanding of safety and emergency protocols, ability to remain calm under pressure, CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willing to obtain), and strong communication skills. Physical Requirements: Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, operating equipment, and standing for long periods.
