Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha, Qatar. As a Security Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our personnel, assets, and facilities in this dynamic environment. Oversee daily security operations and manage a team of security personnel Develop and implement security protocols and procedures tailored to the unique challenges of Doha Conduct regular risk assessments and update security measures accordingly Liaise with local law enforcement and relevant government agencies in Qatar Train and mentor security staff on best practices, emergency procedures, and use of security equipment Monitor and maintain security systems, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems Investigate and report security incidents, providing detailed documentation and recommendations Ensure compliance with company policies and local Qatari security regulations Coordinate security for special events or high-profile visitors Conduct regular security drills and emergency response exercises Stay informed about the local security situation in Doha and adjust strategies as needed Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in security management, preferably in high-risk environments Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team Excellent knowledge of security operations, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures Proficiency in operating and maintaining modern security technologies and surveillance systems Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written Demonstrated ability to make quick, sound decisions in high-pressure situations Experience in crisis management and problem-solving Physical fitness and ability to work in various environmental conditions Familiarity with local security challenges and cultural sensitivities in Doha, Qatar Valid security license or certification recognized in Qatar Fluency in English and Arabic Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Goal-oriented approach with a focus on efficiency and organization Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to ensuring a safe environment for all Additional Information Your team and working environment: In 1-2 sentences, introduce the team, property or office environment in a way that reflects the culture Note: Customization may be included for any specific local or legislative requirements, such as work permits Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
