Ensure security staff are performing duties effectively, including patrolling, monitoring surveillance systems, and controlling access to the premises. Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures. Train and mentor new security staff and provide ongoing training to the team. Respond to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies; document incidents accurately and thoroughly. Conduct regular security inspections and audits to identify and address potential risks or breaches. Maintain records of daily operations, incident reports, visitor logs, and security breaches. Collaborate with law enforcement, emergency responders, and relevant stakeholders when necessary. Assist with investigations related to theft, property damage, or personnel safety concerns. Monitor and ensure proper functioning of surveillance and alarm systems. Manage scheduling and ensure proper coverage for all shifts. Qualifications Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in security or law enforcement, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Valid security license and/or certifications (as required by local laws). Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure. Familiarity with security technology, surveillance systems, and access control systems. Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, incident reporting software). Must be physically fit and able to work flexible hours.
