PHYSICAL DEMANDS: In general, the following physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Qualifications EDUCATION & AGE * High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) * Minimum age: 21 years EXPERIENCE * Minimum 2 years in the security industry, with 1 year in a supervisory role (preferred) * Experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems, and access control systems is required * Must be willing to perform the duties of a Security Officer in addition to supervisory responsibilities LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS * State Guard License required * Must meet and maintain all applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for security officers * CPR and First Aid certification is a plus * Possess and maintain a valid state driver's license SKILLS & ABILITIES * Strong customer service orientation and ability to interact effectively with clients across diverse cultures * Organizational skills and ability to track and maintain schedule assignments * Clear and effective oral and written communication skills * Ability to write routine correspondence, logs, and reports * Professional composure in handling unusual or challenging situations * Must maintain a professional image and demonstrate strong leadership skills
