PHYSICAL DEMANDS: In general, the following physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Qualifications * Supervision & Leadership: Oversee daily activities of security officers, ensuring they follow post orders, maintain professionalism, and provide excellent customer service. * Incident Management: Respond to and manage emergencies, accidents, and criminal acts, investigating and completing detailed reports (Incident Reports, Daily Activity Reports). * Training & Compliance: Ensure officers are trained on life safety systems (fire panels, CCTV), emergency procedures, and company policies, enforcing adherence. * Patrol & Monitoring: Conduct regular patrols, monitor surveillance equipment, and check access points (doors, elevators) for safe operation. * Reporting & Communication: Communicate new security issues and changes to the Security Supervisor and provide recommendations for improved safety and loss prevention. * Customer Service: Uphold strong customer service, greeting visitors and maintaining a friendly, professional presence within the mall environment.
