Description We are seeking an experienced and motivated Armed Security Major to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations and management, with a proven track record of success. Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities Assist in managing a team of armed security captains to maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices Conduct regular security assessments and risk analyses to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed to respond to security incidents Provide training and support to security personnel to ensure they are equipped to handle their duties effectively Monitor security systems and equipment to ensure they are functioning properly and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements as needed Maintain accurate records and reports related to security incidents and activities Assist in managing budgets and resources related to security operations.
