QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous experience in security supervision or a similar role, preferably in a casino or high-traffic environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to remain calm and make decisions in high-pressure situations.
Proficient in the use of security systems and technologies.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the security team to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and property.
Conduct regular inspections of security systems, equipment, and procedures.
Respond and manage emergency situations, including incidents involving guests and employees.
Prepare and maintain detailed incident reports and documentation.
Collaborate with Calgary Police and other emergency services as necessary.
Train and mentor Security staff, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and AGLC legislation.
Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues raised by guests
