We are seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to lead our team of security officers, uphold our company standards, and ensure exceptional service delivery to our clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily security operations, managing a team of officers, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with company protocols and industry standards. You will serve as the key point of contact between the client, officers, and company leadership.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior experience in a supervisory or management role within the security industry.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and respond to emails and professional communications.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
  • Must be able to manage multiple officers and locations if needed.
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility in schedule.
  • Must possess a valid security license (if applicable by state).
  • Proficient with basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel a plus).
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support a team of unarmed/armed security officers across multiple sites.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and the company; maintain open and professional communication.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure post orders are being followed.
  • Prepare incident reports and daily activity logs.
  • Train and mentor new security officers.
  • Maintain accurate records of schedules, attendance, and disciplinary actions.
  • Communicate professionally via phone, text, and email.
  • Respond promptly to incidents or client concerns and provide solutions.
  • Ensure officers are in full uniform and in compliance with company policies.
