Must Have Open Availability SCHEDULE * Full-time position * Tuesday through Saturday or Tuesday through Friday * Morning shift RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform multiple duties as specified in Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Read, understand, and remain highly familiar with all Post Orders to ensure quick, reliable, and professional service. * Serve as a visible deterrent to crime and unauthorized activity. * Detect and report suspicious or criminal activity on or near the property, including threats toward clients, employees, guests, or company assets. * Provide exceptional customer service to clients, customers, and visitors. * Complete all tasks assigned by clients and supervisors in a timely and professional manner. * Monitor, maintain, and inspect facilities to ensure safety and security standards are met. * Enforce company policies, rules, and regulations as required. * Respond to incidents, gather relevant information, and complete accurate documentation and reports. * Contact emergency personnel when necessary in high-risk or emergency situations. QUALIFICATIONS * Bilingual required. * Must have open availability and flexibility to work all shifts and days as needed. * Vehicle patrol experience required. * Valid BSIS Guard Card required. * Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record required. * High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. * Must be available to work weekends and holidays. * Minimum 3+ years of security experience required. * Supervisor experience required. * Guaranteed 40 hours per week with possible overtime opportunities. * Pay rate and work schedule will be discussed during the interview process. * Compensation is based on experience.
