Description

A Security Supervisor for St. Mary's Medical Center will be responsible for scheduling, training, evaluating, and leading staff to ensure proper protocol is maintained for the security and safety of the staff, patients, and visitors. A candidate will have the skills necessary to develop and advise on security issues, review and interpret reports, communicate to staff and management. Qualifications Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred Experience: Candidates with strong interpersonal skills, can do many tasks at one time, and exceptional documentation skills. In addition, candidates must have computer skills including the following: word processing, graphs, spread sheets, etc. They must also plan and prepare proposals, have knowlede of computerized secuirty access systems and CCTV. Must be able to lead by example. Prefer security, military or law enforcement background/experience.
