Casino Dene is looking for an experienced Security Supervisor to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience as a Security Guard
• Supervisory experience (2 years preferred)
• Combination of experience and training may be considered
• Valid licensing/registration requirements met
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Criminal record check within 30 days of hire

• Perform all security guard functions
• Step into the Security Supervisor role as assigned by the Security Manager
• Cover shifts for Security Manager and Supervisors when needed
• Assist with daily operations: paperwork, timesheets, schedules
• Support performance reviews
• Conduct camera rollbacks when requested by MOD
• Train new security guards (incident reports, patron counts, etc.)
• Take direction from Management as required
