As Security Supervisor, you will be responsible to ensure safety of guests, employees, property, vendors and workers to establish a secured environment. A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be: ● Conduct daily briefings to inform the team of VIP arrivals, events, and specific security risks ● Conduct regular patrols of guest floors, public areas, parking, perimeter, recreational areas and back-of-house zones to identify vulnerabilities & risk factors ● Ensure all security equipment is functioning properly and report maintenance needs ● Maintain professional relationships with local law enforcement and emergency services ● Coordinate with other hotel departments (Front Desk, Housekeeping) to ensure seamless guest service. What We need from you: ● High School Diploma / secondary education / equivalent ● Fluency in both Nepalese and English is essential for effective communication with a diverse range of guests ● Two years’ security working experience preferably in a hotel of similar size, including supervisory experience. Background of Military Police or Armed Police Force would be an added point ● Ability to deal with difficult interactions and work under pressure ● Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations What you can expect from us: We give our people everything they need to succeed.
