For more information: auberge.com/wildflower-farms Follow Wildflower Farms on Instagram @WildflowerAuberge Job Description As a Security Supervisor, you will be focused on developing, implementing, and enforcing security policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and Team Members. This individual will establish protocols to minimize opportunities for loss or damage through systematic oversight and compliance monitoring. Evaluate current security operations and propose enhanced policies, procedures, and best practices to strengthen overall resort safety and security effectiveness. Collaborate with management and external agencies (law enforcement, emergency services) to coordinate security protocols for special events, ensuring seamless operations while upholding company standards and regulatory compliance. Champion and implement workplace safety programs to create a secure environment for employees and guests alike. Perform routine patrols of interior spaces and exterior boundaries, identifying and addressing potential security risks including unauthorized entry, property damage, and wildlife encounters. Inspect perimeter fencing, access gates, and security infrastructure during every shift. Address safety incidents and security concerns immediately and professionally in accordance with established company procedures and protocols. Oversee facility access management systems to balance security requirements with convenient access for authorized staff and guests. Demonstrate expert-level proficiency with security technologies, including video surveillance systems, intrusion alarms, and electronic access controls. Take immediate action on security system alerts and investigate suspicious activity. Perform additional responsibilities as directed by management.
