SITE SECURITY SUPERVISOR

We are seeking a Site Security Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day security operations and ensure the safety of assets, staff, and visitors. The Security Supervisor will be responsible for supervising security personnel, enforcing security policies, and implementing protocols for restricted and confidential areas.

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Strong knowledge of UAE security protocols, SIRA standards, and procedures.
  • Excellent leadership, management, and team supervision skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Ability to train and mentor staff on security operations and emergency procedures.
  • Skilled in handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic report writing.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Security Supervisor in the UAE.
  • Valid SIRA Security Supervisor License (mandatory).

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily workflow, duty schedules, and assignments of security staff, including guards and desk clerks.
  • Monitor staff performance, ensuring discipline and compliance with company security standards.
  • Conduct onboarding and refresher training for new and existing security personnel on company security procedures, emergency response, and safety protocols.
  • Supervise and implement security measures for facility access control, CCTV monitoring, and restricted zones (e.g., inventory areas, equipment rooms, and confidential records storage).
  • Conduct regular walk-throughs, inspections, and spot checks to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure proper incident reporting and maintain accurate security logs and documentation.
  • Liaise with government agencies when required for project-related security matters and assist with clearance processes for authorized personnel.
  • Take proactive measures to maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, contractors, and visitors.
  • Perform other security-related duties as assigned.
