As a Security Supervisor, you will be leading a team of guards, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.
Schedule : Mon-Fri 0800-1600
Location- St Catharines

QUALIFICATIONS FOR TACTICAL SECURITY SUPERVISOR

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• This supervisor position is a key step, but certainly not the last.
• Excellent leadership skills
• 1-2 number of years of experience in security and team management
• Full G license
• First aid certification required
• Hold a valid security license

• Lead a team of on-site security guards
• Direct, Monitor and Supervising a team of 10 or more persons
• Maintain Client relationship
• Conduct mobile enforcement as directed by Client
• Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team
• Ensure all security guards follow and stay updated on instructions
• Issue and manage access cards
• Complete daily reports and incident reports
• All other related duties
