Job Title: Security Supervisor    Location: Las Vegas   Job Type: Full-Time and Part-Time $20.50/hr   Job Summary: As the Security Guard Supervisor with United Security in Las Vegas, you will play a critical role in overseeing all Security Guard responsibilities.     Security Guard Supervisor Responsibilities include: (but are not limited to)   - Provide a welcoming environment through strong communication and interpersonal skills  - Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest requests and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.  - Perform security patrols of the property.  -Perform investigations and create incident reports.  -Respond to accidents and emergencies, maintaining the safety of guests and employees  - Perform a variety of security tasks: foot and vehicle patrols, monitoring cameras, responding to tenant and customer complaints, prevent crime.   -Supervise and lead a team of Security Guards   -Other duties as needed and assigned.  Security Guard Supervisor Qualifications:   -Security Supervisory experience required * Valid Driver’s License  - 18 years of age and older  - High School diploma or GED  - Active NV PILB (Private Investigative Licensing Board) Guard Card - Must have excellent communication skills  - Professional presentation with exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills  - Authorized to work in the US  - Pass background check  - Schedule adherence and punctuality  - Must be able to climb stairs, stand, walk for long periods of time  - Ability to retain knowledge, information, and directions on an ongoing basis and communicate effectively with others.  - Ability to react appropriately in emergency situations & skills in operating portable radio devices.  - Must be able to work weekends and holidays Preferred Certifications (not required but advantageous): -- Previous security, military, or law enforcement --Previous security supervisor experience   United Service Companies is committed to fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of diversity and inclusion.
