About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Security Supervisor to lead site-based security operations and ensure a safe and secure environment for clients, staff, and visitors. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong operational knowledge and the ability to manage teams in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support a team of security officers on site Ensure all security operations are carried out in line with company procedures and client requirements Conduct patrols, monitor access control, and respond to incidents and emergencies Complete incident reports, shift reports, and daily logs accurately and on time Liaise professionally with clients, emergency services, and internal management Provide on-the-job training, mentoring, and performance feedback to staff Maintain compliance with WHS policies and licensing requirements About You Current WA Security Licence (essential) Current First Aid Certificate Previous experience in a security supervisory or leadership role Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills Professional presentation and customer-focused approach Reliable, punctual, and capable of working under pressure How to apply MSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer, valuing the unique backgrounds, experiences, and contributions of each person We encourage and celebrate diversity.
