Protective Services, part of the Infrastructure and Health Support Services Division, is dedicated to creating a safe environment where staff, patients, and visitors can carry out their daily activities free from fear—through preventing crime and protecting people and property. As a Security Supervisor, you’ll lead the delivery of safety and security across Canberra Hospital, North Canberra Hospital, Clare Holland House, Dhulwa Mental Health Unit, and non-acute sites. You’ll drive incident response, deliver proactive security services, and uphold Canberra Health Services policies and standards. We’re looking for a professional with strong conflict resolution skills, sound judgement, and the ability to work within procedures while using initiative. You’ll bring empathy, cultural awareness, resilience, and integrity to every situation.
