We are excited to welcome a new Security Supervisor to our Mission Bay Family. The JOB: The Security Supervisor is responsible for the overall safety and security of the resort. This team member will conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure all areas are safe and secure, respond to guest and employee emergencies, complete incident reports and supervise the security team. The Security Supervisor ensures compliance with OSHA standards and promotes safe work practices. The Security Supervisor is also a service-oriented professional with the ability to create memories that will last a lifetime! This position is an important part of our Safety and Security Team that provides 24-hour service for the resort. Requirements YOU: To be successful in this position, we're looking for someone who thrives on interacting with guests and team members and enjoys providing a safe and secure environment. This role requires good communication, problem-resolution skills, organization, honesty, and the desire to take care of others. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of security experience, preferably in a resort, hospitality, or customer service environment At least 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience Strong knowledge of security operations, emergency response procedures, incident investigations, and safety regulations Experience monitoring CCTV, alarm systems, electronic key control, and access control systems. Ability to lead, train, coach, and motivate a team of Security Officers while maintaining high performance standards Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare detailed incident and investigation reports. Strong conflict-resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to remain calm during emergencies.
