JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee our security operations and ensure a safe environment for all personnel and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in law enforcement, surveillance, and loss prevention. REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the security field or law enforcement.
  • Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies.
  • Familiarity with CCTV systems and their operation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
  • Strong observational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the security team, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to protocols.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor for suspicious activity and enforce security policies.
  • Oversee the operation of surveillance equipment, including CCTV, ensuring all footage is recorded and maintained properly.
  • Develop and implement security procedures aimed at loss prevention and risk mitigation.
  • Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or alarms, coordinating with law enforcement when necessary.
  • Train new security personnel on protocols, equipment usage, and emergency response procedures.
  • Prepare detailed reports on incidents, investigations, and security breaches for management review.
