The Site Supervisor will play a pivotal role in managing security personnel and delivering exceptional customer service to the client and their staff. As a security supervisor, they will act as the first point of contact for all operational and shift‑performance matters, ensuring site standards, policies, and procedures are fully adhered to. The security supervisor will also proactively support the client to seek innovative ways of providing operational excellence, demonstrating the professionalism expected from an experienced security supervisor. Please note, this role requires the following: • A leadership background, strong teamwork skills, vigilance, and security experience in a supervisory role • Must be a UK national with security experience in a leadership capacity • On‑site parking, canteen, and Learning & Development opportunities available Job Description Responsibilities You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes: Ensure all personnel under supervision have completed the appropriate site‑security processes and training (e.g. SIA Licence, CCTV, Inductions, site‑specific instructions). Monitor and assess guard’s performance to ensure high customer service standards are met. Plan and oversee rota allocation in line with monthly performance. Take full responsibility for resource allocation to ensure proper staff coverage at all times. Manage discipline in accordance with company procedures. Provide appropriate site‑level training and development for all security personnel. Maintain strong relationships with both the client and Arc management. Assist in investigating incidents in accordance with company procedures and client policy. Provide incident reports, daily occurrence logs, and debriefs. Ensure Security Management System is followed for auditing. Create, maintain and update assignment instructions and site procedures. Support operational staff in matters relating to assignment instructions, CCTV, radios, keys, health and safety, and general site compliance. Participate in company training, continually reviewing performance. Welcoming and assisting staff, visitors, and contractors. Conducting regular safety and security patrols. Ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures. Supporting emergency protocols, including evacuations and searches. Keeping vigilant, reporting incidents, and preventing disruption.
