Job Description To lead and direct a team of Security Officers in line with the site Assignment Instructions. Responsible for rostering staff and ensuring that the site is fully staffed at all times by liaising closely with the Branch Manager and Operations Manager. To assist with the recruitment of Security Officers as directed by the Branch Manager. Responsible for completing timely reporting as directed by the Branch Manager. To provide a first point of contact for all visitors, contractors and staff to the site. Provide guidance and help to all visitors, contractors and staff to the site. To maintain the security of the staff, premises and perimeter. To use CCTV for monitoring (where applicable). To provide reports and make recommendations following any incidents. To reduce all health and safety risks of by adopting a proactive approach to potential incidents. When required, implement the site policy to withdraw access to the site by way of escorting from premises or refusing admission. To make recommendations to improve security if required. To uphold the Health and Safety and policies of Securitas Security Services Limited. Any other duties that may be required Qualifications PSA Licence Strong observational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure Professional appearance and attitude Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends Fluent English essential Good level of P.C. skills Previous experience desirable Must have excellent customer service and communication skills Manual handling - Desirable Own Transport Desirable Additional Information At Securitas, we believe in rewarding our people for their hard work.
