JOB SUMMARY:

Affordable Group of Companies is looking for a vigilant and experienced SIRA Certified Security Supervisor to oversee and manage security operations across our facilities in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be well-versed in safety protocols, and ensure strict compliance with SIRA regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Mandatory: Valid SIRA Supervisor Certificate (Dubai)
• Mandatory: UAEDriving License No. 3
• Minimum 0-3 years of experience in a supervisory security role (preferably in facilities or property management)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, and emergency procedures
• Ability to work under pressure and respond swiftly to incidents
• Proficient in English
• Physically fit and professional appearance

• Supervise daily security operations and monitor guard activities at all company locations.
• Ensure compliance with SIRA guidelines, security policies, and site-specific procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections, spot checks, and audits of security staff and premises.
• Handle incident reports, emergencies, and escalate issues as needed.
• Prepare duty rosters, assign shifts, and manage attendance of security personnel.
• Train, guide, and evaluate performance of security guards.
• Liaise with local authorities and emergency services when required.
• Maintain up-to-date records of patrol logs, incident reports, and visitor access logs.
