Description

Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards on all shifts. Conduct regular patrols of hotel premises to ensure safety and security. Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems. Investigate and document security incidents, accidents, and complaints. Ensure compliance with hotel security policies and procedures. Respond promptly to emergencies, disturbances, and fire alarms. Coordinate emergency response and evacuation procedures when necessary. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports. Monitor access control and prevent unauthorized entry into restricted areas. Train, mentor, and evaluate security staff performance. Liaise with law enforcement and emergency service providers when required. Promote a safe and welcoming environment for guests and employees. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Criminology, Public Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of security experience, preferably in hospitality, corporate, or institutional settings. Previous supervisory experience is an added advantage. Training in First Aid, Fire Safety, or Security Operations is desirable.
