Job Title: Security Supervisor Location: Batu Kawan, Penang Salary Range: RM2,500 – RM3,200 (Based on Experience) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and experienced Security Supervisor to lead daily security operations and ensure a safe and secure environment for all personnel and facilities. This role is ideal for candidates with a solid security background who are ready to take on leadership responsibilities and grow within a structured organisation. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily security operations across the premises Ensure protection of company assets, staff, and visitors Prepare and maintain reports (duty rosters, incidents, complaints, movement logs, key control) Monitor Control Room operations and CCTV systems Conduct routine patrols, inspections, and risk assessments Lead emergency response activities, drills, and incident investigations Supervise contractors, vendors, and renovation activities Enforce traffic control and monitor unauthorized parking Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations Liaise with management on all security-related matters Requirements Diploma, Degree, or relevant professional certification Minimum 3 years of experience in security operations Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Able to work independently and handle emergency situations Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required Preferred Skills (Added Advantage) Experience in CCTV monitoring and control room operations Knowledge of safety procedures, audits, and incident reporting Background in industrial, manufacturing, or corporate environments What We Offer Competitive salary package (RM2,500 – RM3,200) Stable and structured working environment Career growth and advancement opportunities Exposure to modern security systems and operations
