Commissionaires BC is currently looking for a Full Time Security Supervisor for a site in Surrey, BC.

• Access control
• Internal patrols
• Ensure that incident reports are properly completed and sent to the appropriate contacts
• Escort individuals to and from Uncontrolled Areas
• Prior to entering the Restricted Area and/or Sterile Area, verify all Temporary Passes against Lost & stolen list
• Notify the correct parties when entering the facility and when leaving
• Notify the senior escort of any safety and/or security incidents (regardless of severity) that occur on the site
• Ensure that Escort Ratios are adhered to (at all times) while escorting construction workers working at the site
• Ensure that Visual Contact is maintained while escorting construction workers using Temporary Passes
• Maintain up-to-date Post Orders and Site Safety, Risk, and Quality Assurance assessments;
• Submit reports, time sheets, and staff evaluations as per deadlines;
• Oversee training and scheduling of Commissionaires;
• Leading through empowerment, and monitoring staff morale, discipline, and progress;
• Ensure team maintains a professional standard of conduct, dress and deportment;
• Liaise with the client to ensure their instructions are carried out as per written policy;
• Contacting management in situations not covered by Post Orders.
