As our Security Systems Engineer, Security Operations Center (SOC) you will be responsible for the management of various physical security systems and applications, including access control, CCTV, PSIM, and key management. You will act as subject matter expert, coordinate suppliers, provide for internal and customer reporting, manage incident trouble tickets, and contribute to green field and brown field projects. This role is essential in designing, implementing, configuring, and maintaining advanced physical security systems and applications.

• Administration and management of access control system applications
• Administration and management of closed-circuit-television (CCTV) applications
• Administration and management of physical security information management (PSIM) applications
• Administration and management of the key management system applications
• Maintain physical security compliance with internal policies, customer, legal and risk requirements
• Manage physical security incidents and investigations
• Manage troubleshooting of physical security applications and technologies
• Own and manage all aspects of the security equipment at the facilities to ensure appropriate and efficient functionality by regular testing and monitoring and rolling preventative maintenance of systems to maximize uptimes and minimize customer impacts
• Consult on enhancements and upgrades of systems supporting business needs by benchmarking systems performance and applying Best Known Methods (BKM) approach
