We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Specialist, you will play a key role in installing and servicing electronic security systems, including access control, CCTV, and intrusion alarms.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working collaboratively with project managers and sales teams to review, understand, analyze, and implement installation blueprints and plans. You will be responsible for properly completing installations, understanding and following the Bill of Materials (BOM), and making adjustments or finding alternative solutions as needed to complete installations to client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining CCTV systems, alarm systems, and related security equipment, performing cable pulling, termination, and routing as part of security system installation, providing customer training on proper system usage, and responding to technical inquiries.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a technical role within the integrated security industry, proficiency in cable pulling, installation, and basic troubleshooting, experience with security systems, CCTV, and alarms, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well with customers and team members.
