Are you a skilled Security Systems Technician looking to grow your career? PDS Fire and Security has been a leading provider of commercial fire and security solutions for over 20 years. We’re currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Security Systems Service Technician to join our Calgary-based team.

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of:
• Access Control Systems (e.g., Kantech)
• Surveillance Systems
• Intrusion Alarm Systems (e.g., DSC, Honeywell)
• ULC Monitoring Installation and Inspection
• Install, program, and commission new systems
• Run and terminate structured cabling (copper, coaxial, fiber)
• Complete system checkouts, certifications, and customer training
• Assist with networking and IP configurations (NVRs, rack builds, system connectivity)
• Lead small on-site teams and uphold safety and quality standards
• Travel for out-of-town projects as needed
