Superbet is expanding our IT Retail team and we are looking for a Security Systems Technician to help us in making sure IT operations in our retail stores run smoothly and seamlessly! What you will be doing: Solve basic daily tasks Install/replace any IT equipment Assist colleagues in installing new shops Perform all needed transfers in internal inventory apps (Optimal, ERP) Install/clone designated software on IT devices Replace/install basic security elements under supervision Provide basic usage training of the security system for sales representatives Install and configure CCTV systems Identify possible security breaches Provide help during Preventive maintenances We are looking for someone with: Drivers license (B category at least) High school degree - tech university is a plus Basic IT hardware knowledge (PCs, printers, peripherals) 1-2 years of experience is a plus Basic English knowledge Basic office pack user knowledge (mail, word, excel) Good communication skills Debugging abilities Basic Security equipment installation knowledge Basic equipment debugging (Alarm, CCTV, Access Control) Basic specific procedures and regulations knowledge Based in Craiova Bonus points for: Security Systems Technician Certification is a plus About Superbet Group Superbet is a global tech and entertainment company committed to delivering thrilling, technology-driven, sports betting and gaming experiences to millions of customers worldwide. Responsibilities

The Security Systems Technician will ensure IT operations in retail stores run smoothly by solving daily tasks, installing and replacing IT equipment, and configuring security systems. They will also provide training on security systems and assist in identifying potential security breaches.
