Job Description Responsibilities You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes: Coordinating work and ensuring goals are met. Ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures. Accurately maintaining records of all activity and handovers. This is a hands-on Team Leader role, responsible for leading a team of six Security Officers while actively contributing to daily security operations. The successful candidate will provide guidance and support to the team, while also participating directly in the delivery of the security service. Ideally, you’ll have: A valid SIA licence. The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history. Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken & Computer Literacy.
