Location: Bowleaze Cove & Chesil Beach Parks, Weymouth
Contract Type: Part-time
Hours: Flexible, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
Salary: Up to £14.21 per hour (for SIA qualified candidates)
Join the Security Team at Waterside’s 5-Star Holiday Parks – Bowleaze Cove & Chesil Beach. As a Security Team Member, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our guests. If you’re passionate about ensuring safety, have strong communication skills, and are ready to make a positive impact on our parks, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do: As a Security Team Member, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring guests receive a warm welcome to our facilities
  • Checking membership passes and ensuring access control
  • Conducting regular patrols across the parks
  • Completing security logs and reports
  • Taking a proactive approach to ensure the safety of guests and the team
  • Assisting guests and owners with enquiries to provide outstanding service

What We’re Looking For: We are seeking individuals who hold a current SIA door supervisor badge. A driving license is preferred but not essential. While we do not offer accommodation or live-in positions, we are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure are essential.
