QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the security industry, with in-depth knowledge of IP Cameras, access Control and Intrusion systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, maintain and install equipment is required.
• Comfortable working at heights on ladders and lifts, in attics and crawl spaces, as well as to lift 50+ lbs.
• Able to work safely in a construction site environment is a must
• Work with high degree of accuracy and thoroughness
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal
• Motivated self-starter and effective team player
• Must have a clean criminal record, and a valid Driver’s license.
  This a full-time permanent position with a very attractive compensation package including benefits, pension matching, and other employee incentives. Positions are being filled in Moncton, Fredericton, and Saint John, New Brunswick.

Experience:

• Troubleshoot and repair of a wide variety of security equipment such as alarm systems, CCTV, access control, intercoms, gates and computer networks
• Installation of new systems and upgrades with accuracy to meet client needs and expectations
• Uphold company and industry standards for quality and within recognized guidelines
• Resolve client concerns and provide exceptional customer service, making recommendations where appropriate to ensure optimal system function
• Maintain accurate service records, including detailed notes and inventory
• Comfortable working at heights on ladders and lifts, in attics and crawl spaces, as well as to lift 50+ lbs.
