Security System Design & Integration: Identify, design, and implement security technologies including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and technical countermeasures. Insider Risk & Intelligence Tools: Develop and deploy solutions to detect and mitigate insider threats as well as integrating intelligence feeds. AI & Automation Planning: Evaluate and implement tools powered by artificial intelligence for automation and operational efficiency. Technology Roadmap: Assist in the creation and maintaining a strategic roadmap for security technology, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and emerging trends. Vendor & Integrator Management: Oversee relationships with security hardware and software vendors, ensuring compliance and optimal performance. Multi-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with project manager, software technologist, cybersecurity, physical security, and IT teams to coordinate protection strategies effectively. Bachelor's degree in related field. 8+ years in security technology design and integration. Demonstrable experience in working with physical security hardware (CCTV, access control, sensors) and enterprise-level deployments. Familiarity with insider risk programs and intelligence platforms. Solid understanding of AI applications in security and automation. Excellent project management and vendor negotiation skills. Ability to translate security requirements into technical solutions. Knowledge of semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments. PSP or relevant technical certifications preferred. Experience with risk frameworks (NIST, ISO 31000).
