Position Overview Looking for a seasoned CIAM/Auth0 Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions for Client Consumer application. This role requires deep technical expertise in Auth0, OpenID Connect, and claims-based authorization, along with strong leadership and client engagement skills. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic advisor to clients and internal teams, driving secure, scalable, and high-performing identity solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead the implementation of CIAM solutions using Auth0, including custom workflows, identity connectors, and claims.
  • Guide clients in the secure and effective use of OpenID Connect and claims-based authorization models.
  • Collaborate with clients as a trusted advisor to define CIAM strategies and ecosystem architecture.
  • Develop standards, templates, and best practices to support developer integration into CIAM environments.
  • Identify enterprise-wide CIAM requirements and deliver tailored solutions using Auth0, Open Policy Agent (OPA), Kong API Gateway, and other relevant technologies.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of CIAM engineers, including Auth0, Kong, and API developers.
  • Ensure all CIAM solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and aligned with business and compliance requirements.
