✅ Essential Qualifications

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
• Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent)
• Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work
• Level 3 Award for Delivering Physical Intervention Training
• Level 3 Award in Conflict Management
• ACT Awareness and Security E-Learning Certificates
• Minimum 2 years of frontline operational experience within the last 5 year

• **Deliver Highfield-approved training courses including:

  • Door Supervision
  • Security Guarding
  • CCTV Operations
  • Emergency First Aid
  • Top-up and refresher training
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SIA and awarding body requirements
  • Support learners with professional guidance and structured delivery
  • Ensure compliance with training standards and learner engagement
