PALAMERICAN SECURITY - SECURITY OFFICER TRAINER NEEDED

Join PalAmerican Security as a Security Officer Trainer, where you will oversee the training and development of our security personnel. Are you passionate about ensuring that security staff are well-prepared to meet the demands of their roles while maintaining high standards of safety and service?

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Create and manage training schedules, testing modules, and assessments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
  • High level of integrity and fairness in decision-making.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years of experience delivering training in relevant security or defensive tactics.
  • Valid WA state Security License.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prolonged periods of standing, sitting, and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
