SCHEDULE:

· Weekend shifts, 16 hours (8 hours + 8 hours). May be required for holiday cover during the week on occcassion.

· The first point of contact on site for all arrivals.
· Sign visitors and contractors in and out of site.
· Safely marshal and guide traffic in and out of the site.
· Oversee the gate at all times ensuring control of all traffic movements.
· Operate the weighbridge system to accurately measure and record the weight of product entering and leaving site.
· Checking of delivery paperwork.
· Admin duties as required, answering emails, dealing with phone queries, etc.
· Reporting any weighbridge defects to the IT manager.
· Carrying out both internal and external patrols to check the security of buildings, grounds and property.
· Monitoring alarm and communication systems including CCTV cameras, taking action as required.
