Job Description Adhere to all applicable HSE and corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines Assist in conducting safety training in both classroom and on-the-job settings, while fostering a safety culture by active reporting of safety observations and improvements Ensure proper equipment calibration, routine inspections and clean down procedures to adhere documented procedures for external and internal certifications Supervise employees and third-party personnel as required Monitor treatment parameters (temperature, humidity, chemical concentration, application rates) Collect and prepare samples for quality testing Document treatment processes and maintain accurate batch records Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of seed disinfection systems Conduct equipment calibration checks Provide timely execution and reporting of key performance indicators, operational efficiencies, and quality standards Qualifications AA or bachelor’s degree in Agricultural or Science based program highly preferred (minimum High School Diploma or GED required) and 3-5 years of production experience in seed processing or related experience Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, & Smartsheet) Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification preferred Ability to obtain forklift certification Strong knowledge of seed conditioning processes and quality standards Ability to work in a seed processing facility environment Capable of operating various seed conditioning equipment May require lifting and moving of seed containers Additional Information What We Offer: A culture that celebrates belonging and collaboration, promotes professional development and strives for a work-life balance that supports the team members.
