Job Description What You’ll Be Doing Develop and manage your own territory, building strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Conduct on-farm visits to assess crop conditions, understand producer needs, and recommend the right combination of seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products. Provide agronomic expertise and guidance, helping growers implement precision ag solutions and sustainable practices to improve results. Meet and exceed sales goals by offering high-quality products and trusted advice that drives profitability for both your customers and the company. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, timely delivery, and seamless service. Stay current with ag industry trends, new technologies, and product innovations to bring cutting-edge solutions to your customers. Qualifications What You Bring to the Table A degree in Agriculture or a related field (preferred). At least 1 year of experience in the agriculture industry—sales or agronomy background a strong plus. A natural communicator who enjoys connecting with people and solving problems. A go-getter attitude with strong self-motivation and a desire to grow both professionally and financially. Basic computer skills and comfort using digital tools to track activity and analyze customer data. A passion for agriculture, continuous learning, and delivering exceptional service.
