In this role, you’ll build strong partnerships with producers, connecting them to the latest agronomic technologies and strategies that drive profitability and sustainability. You’ll be a trusted advisor, ensuring our customers not only understand our value—but truly experience it. What You’ll Do Develop deep relationships with customers, gaining insight into their operations, goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions that make a real difference. Use maps, digital tools, and agronomic expertise to interpret data and make informed recommendations. Promote and sell agronomic products and services through on-farm visits, phone calls, and digital communication. Set and achieve measurable goals in sales, margins, and customer growth. Maintain accurate account records and communicate progress with the Location Manager and Operations team. Provide exceptional customer service—resolving issues quickly and turning challenges into opportunities. Align your efforts with the company’s go-to-market strategy and contribute to a culture of growth and innovation. Qualifications What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field (preferred), or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years of ag sales experience with a strong track record of success. CCA certification is a plus. A sharp eye for growth opportunities and a proactive approach to capturing them. Strong understanding of product margins and the ability to maximize profitability for both the cooperative and producers. Excellent organization, communication, and follow-through skills. A passion for agriculture and a commitment to helping customers succeed. Compensation 💰 $75,000 – $85,000 base salary + Commission Your hard work and results will be rewarded with competitive pay and strong earning potential.
